Particularly experienced advising clients fromautomotive, real estate and more regulated sectors such as the pharmaceutical, medical products, food and solar energy industries.. In Compliance projects, she structured and developed important projects, such as QualIES and implementation of the Personal Data Protection Law in several companies from the most varied sectors of the economy. Served as an advisor to the 3rd Chamber of the Ethics and Discipline Court of the Bar Association of São Paulo Section. And frequently acts as a legal advisor in succession planning and family law matters.

As associated with law firms such as Ulhôa Canto, Rezende e Guerra, Azevedo Sette and Lefosse Advogados, Leonardo gained broad experience in foreign trade, financial markets, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, consumption taxes and payroll taxes. He has outstanding experience advising companies in life sciences, software industry and automotive sectors on tax and regulatory matters related to Central Bank of Brazil, National Agency of Sanitary Surveillance and Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply.

Patrícia Cardozo Moreni

Lawyer with experience in Administrative Law, focused on public bids (face-to-face and electronic bids), public-private partnerships and concessions, actively working in proceedings in the Accounting Courts. Also experienced in Regulatory Law, has gained broad experience in working with Regulatory Agencies and adapting new projects to legal requirements. She worked for 9 years as the legal and administrative director of a large logistics company, leading the backoffice areas, being responsible for the coordination of different acquisition, structuring and quality projects.

With 3 years of experience as a lawyer in the Legal Department of the McLarty Maia Group. Extensive experience in the analysis, drafting, and negotiation of contracts, strategic planning for risk and process mitigation, implementation and compliance of companies with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), as well as monitoring and conducting judicial proceedings.

Throughout her career, Carolina has developed outstanding experience in both judicial and administrative litigation, working at renowned law firms in the capital of São Paulo. Her law practice involves strategic defenses in administrative and judicial proceedings, managing tax liabilities, and recovering tax credits. She has been a member of the Tax Law and Constitutional Law Committee of the Pinheiros Subsection (OAB/SP) since the year 2022.
